𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: Lustrous and shiny dark brown to red skin, yellow to whitish polypores under fruiting caps, grows all year round, inedible due to the hardness of the fruiting body.

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 Reishi (G. curtisii):

Reishi Ganoderma curtisii, also known as Ling-Chi, means mushroom of immortality. This mushroom is well known for its multiple functional uses in eastern medicine. There are various species around the world and this particular strain is native to temperate climates and it loves to grow on the hardwood. A 50/50 mix of pasteurized or sterilized hardwood pellets and soyhull is recommended. They are a heavy CO2 producer, and if kept in a low air exchange environment may start forming more of an antler shape than a conk.

Liquid cultures SYRINGES ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, and consist of mushroom mycelium suspended in a sterile nutrient broth, that carry the freshest, and tested genetics for consistent fruiting yields.

𝐋𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 Cultures will last for up to 6 months at room temperature or up to 1 year if stored in a tightly sealed bag in the refrigerator (do not freeze). We sell a wide range of liquid cultures of many popular gourmet mushroom species from around the world.
